Terms of Service

You must create an account to save preferences, access history, or use team features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission, or use Clevedon in a way that impersonates another person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to use Clevedon to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Input content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI prompts or model
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated scripts to make requests at a volume that exceeds reasonable individual use

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.

Free plan

The free plan is available without payment. Usage is subject to daily limits which we may change at any time with reasonable notice.

Pro and Team plans

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All prices are listed in USD. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings page or via the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time in a billing period.

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period. Contact us at support@clevedon.app to request a refund.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect, by email or by displaying a notice in the product.

Team plan subscribers may invite members to a shared workspace. The account owner is responsible for ensuring that all team members comply with these Terms of Service. Usage by team members is attributed to the owner's account.

Team invites are accepted by the invited user and create a binding relationship between the invited user and these terms upon acceptance.

The breakdowns generated by Clevedon are produced by an AI model and are provided for informational and planning purposes only. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated plan before acting on it — particularly in professional, safety-critical, legal, financial, or medical contexts.

We do not claim ownership of the outputs generated for you. Outputs generated from your inputs belong to you, subject to any applicable terms of the underlying AI model provider (Anthropic).

Clevedon, its logo, and the software underlying the Service are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written consent.

Your task inputs remain your property. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these terms, or if we decide to discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will do so.
